Terms & Conditions

1. The France One Way Promotion (“Promotion”) is applicable to Mini and Economy Car Class vehicle rentals from one of Enterprise Holdings France S.A.S (“Enterprise Rent-A-Car”) participating pick-up locations across France to one of the participating drop-off locations in the North of France.

2. This promotion entitles you to rent a vehicle from €55 a day, subject to terms and conditions.

3. Rentals made from locations other than the pick-up and drop-off locations listed in the links above are not eligible for this promotion. Pick-up and drop-off locations cannot be modified after booking.

4. The offer is applicable to one-way rentals, reserved in advance, with pick up and return dates between 21/09/2026 and 15/11/2026 for a minimum of 24 hours (1-day) rental period.

5. The “from €55” daily rate shown is only applicable for Mini and Economy Car Classes. One-way rental rates from the South of France also available (subject to availability) for Compact and Intermediate car classes, check website for most current rates.

6. Every rental under this promotion is subject to the Rental Terms and Conditions applicable to rentals in France.

7. The offer is subject to vehicle availability at time of booking. The renter must meet standard driver and credit requirements.

8. The price shown includes the daily rate (time and mileage), collision damage waiver, fees and government imposed taxes.

9. Excess Protection, Surcharges, refueling, drop-off, delivery, youthful driver, additional driver, or any optional product or service are the responsibility of the Renter and are not included in the price shown.

10. Enterprise Rent-A-Car reserves the right to terminate the offer or change the terms at any time.

11. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount and cannot be applied to a previous or existing reservation or rental.
