How to Request a Free Pick-up/Drop-off

Our free pick-up & drop-off service is only available at non-airport branches and during normal business hours, and is subject to staff availability and branch proximity. You can request a pick up and schedule a time or make additional arrangements, when your rental branch calls to confirm your reservation.

Once picked up and at the branch, a friendly rental representative will complete your paper work and have you on the road in no time. Returning your vehicle is just as simple, just bring the car back to your local branch at the pre-agreed time, and we will drop you off.

  • You must be located within reasonable distance of a branch. Geographical restrictions apply.
  • Service is available at participating Enterprise branches across France, excluding airports.
