Yes! In order to get you in the right direction and to make sure your rental is extended correctly, please refer to your rental location.
Extending Car Rental at an Airport Branch
Since you rented at an airport location, we can extend this reservation for you in no time. In order to do so, please call 1-844-377-0169; our customer service specialists are here to help!
Please note:
- At this time, the only way to extend your rental is to call us.
- When extending a rental, the branch will need to place an additional authorization on your credit or debit card.
- Your rates are subject to change based on the length of your rental extension. Usually the longer you keep the vehicle, the better deal you'll receive because you can then take advantage of our weekly and monthly rates.
- At this time, Enterprise Plus points cannot be used to pay for an extension.
Extending Car Rental at a Non-Airport Branch
Since you rented at a non-airport location, you will need to contact the renting location directly. The phone number for the location can be found at the top of your rental contract.
If the office is closed, please contact them when they open the next business day.
