  1. This Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Enterprise Holdings France (“Enterprise”), a company registered under the laws of France, with its principal place of business at 37 rue du Colonel Pierre Avia 75015 Paris. This Promotion is valid during the Offer Period and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
  2. This Offer is valid when you book via the Enterprise app, subject to these terms and conditions.
  3. This Offer entitles you to 15% off the base vehicle hire rate on the rental rates made at the time of reservation during the (“Offer Period") (24 November – 19 December 2025).
  4. This Offer is valid for car rental only between 24 November – 23 December 2025, when you book via the market specific Enterprise app downloaded and booked in France, the UK, Ireland, Germany or Spain.
  5. This offer does not apply to vans, Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, Enterprise Car Club or Enterprise Exotics vehicles.
  6. Any reservation must meet our standard age, driver and credit requirements and we reserve the right to decline any reservation on such grounds. Other age restrictions and young driver fees may apply by rental country, see website for full details.
  7. This Offer is available at participating Enterprise locations across France, the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Spain.
  8. This Offer is valid for reservations made during the Offer Period as set out above and does not apply to Rental Periods exceeding 27 days.
  9. This Offer applies to car classes and is subject to vehicle availability and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, coupon, discounted rate in respect of any previous or existing reservations. This promotion cannot be applied retrospectively.
  10. This Offer and these terms and conditions are additional to, and do not replace any terms of the agreement in relation to your rental, which contains important provisions relating to the hire of any vehicle and which shall continue to apply in full for the rental.
  11. This offer is promoted by Enterprise and any complaints and or queries may be directed to Contact Us | Enterprise.
  12. Any rental benefiting from this Offer is also subject to the General Rental Conditions applicable in France.
  13. The tenant must meet the required conditions regarding conduct and solvency.
  14. The total price does not include the reduction in the “Excess Protection” excess. The price indicated includes the first day's rate (time and mileage) and “Damage Waiver” coverage. Surcharges, refueling, collection and delivery fees, young driver surcharge, additional driver, or any optional product or service are the responsibility of the renter and are not included. Additional mandatory fees may apply, including, but not limited to, activation fees, airport concession fees, vehicle registration participation fees, or other taxes or applicable imposed fees
