This Promotion is valid during the Offer Period and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. This Offer entitles you to one free additional driver when you rent an applicable premium vehicle during the campaign period. Additional charges may include optional excess waiver, one way hire charges, fuel charges, young driver charges, hire of additional items including but not limited to child seats, snow chains, roof racks and navigation guides.

3. The Offer is applicable to the following vehicle categories Premium SUV, Luxury SUV, Luxury 4-5 Door Car, Premium 4-5 Door Car, Special SUV, Premium Passenger Van, Premium Convertible, Full Size 4-5 Door Car from participating branch locations across the UK, Ireland, Germany France and Spain.

4. This Offer is applicable to rentals reserved in advance, with pick up and return dates between 26/03/2026 and 31/05/2026 (“Offer Period”).

5. Any reservation made under this Offer must meet our standard age, driver and credit requirements and we reserve the right to decline any reservation on such grounds. Other age restrictions and young driver fees may apply by rental country, see website at www.enterprise.fr for full details.

6. This Offer is valid for reservations made during the Offer Period as set out above and does not apply to rental periods exceeding 27 days.

7. This offer is applicable at participating branches. Please see the full list of branch locations excluded from the Offer.

8. This offer does not apply to vans, Enterprise Flex-E-Rent vehicles, Enterprise Car Club or Enterprise Exotics.

9. This Offer is subject to vehicle availability and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, coupon, discounted rate in respect of any previous or existing reservations. This promotion cannot be applied retrospectively.

10. This Offer and these terms and conditions are additional to, and do not replace any terms of the agreement in relation to your rental, which contains important provisions relating to the hire of any vehicle and which shall continue to apply in full for the rental.

13. The tenant must meet the required conditions regarding conduct and solvency.

14. The total price does not include the reduction in the “Excess Protection” excess. Surcharges, refueling, collection and delivery fees, young driver surcharge, additional driver, or any optional product or service are the responsibility of the renter and are not included. Additional mandatory fees may apply, including, but not limited to, activation fees, airport concession fees, vehicle registration participation fees, or other taxes or applicable imposed fees
