1. This Promotion (“Promotion”) is Promotioned by Enterprise Holdings France (“Enterprise”), a company registered under the laws of France, with its principal place of business at 37 rue du Colonel Pierre Avia 75015 Paris. This Promotion is valid during the Promotion Period and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

This Promotion entitles you to rent a vehicle from 24.99 € a day (base hire rate excluding additional charges and taxes), subject to terms and conditions, for 2 – 4 day weekend rental (Thursday – Monday) that carries over a Saturday. Additional charges may include optional excess waiver, one way hire charges, fuel charges, young driver charges, hire of additional items including but not limited to child seats, snow chains, roof racks and navigation guides.

3. The Promotion is applicable to Mini Car Class vehicle rentals from participating neighbourhood locations across France. Please see the full list of branch locations excluded from the Promotion.

4. This Promotion is applicable to weekend rentals, reserved in advance, with pick up and return dates between 26/03/2026 and 30/04/2026 (“Promotion Period”).

5. This Promotion will not apply during the following blackout dates: 2 April 2026 – 6 April 2026.

6. The daily base hire rate shown for this Promotion is only applicable for Mini Car Class (subject to availability). For other car classes, check website for most current rates.

7. This Promotion does not apply to vans, Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, Enterprise Car Club or Enterprise Exotics vehicles.

8. This Promotion is valid for reservations made during the Promotion Period as set out above and does not apply to rental periods exceeding 4 days.

9. Any reservation must meet our standard age, driver and credit requirements and we reserve the right to decline any reservation on such grounds. Other age restrictions and young driver fees may apply by rental country, see website at www.enterprise.fr for full details.

10. This Promotion applies to Mini car classes and is subject to vehicle availability and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional Promotion, coupon, discounted rate in respect of any previous or existing reservations. This promotion cannot be applied retrospectively.

11. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are additional to, and do not replace any terms of the agreement in relation to your rental, which contains important provisions relating to the hire of any vehicle and which shall continue to apply in full for the rental.

14. The tenant must meet the required conditions regarding conduct and solvency.

15. The total price does not include the reduction in the “Excess Protection” excess. The price indicated includes the first day's rate (time and mileage) and “Damage Waiver” coverage. Surcharges, refueling, collection and delivery fees, young driver surcharge, additional driver, or any optional product or service are the responsibility of the renter and are not included. Additional mandatory fees may apply, including, but not limited to, activation fees, airport concession fees, vehicle registration participation fees, or other taxes or applicable imposed fees

16. This Promotion is subject to availability and subject to change.

17. By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Enterprise reserves its right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent activity in connection with this Promotion.
